CAT | Beer & Wine

My brother might be the most avid espresso fan I’ve ever met in my whole life. Since his birthday is around the corner, I’ve decided to get him an espresso machine as his birthday gift. After a few days of research done diligently on the internet, I decided to get him a model that looked stylish and effective. Without wasting anytime, I called up my best friend and drag her to every store in the town in search for the perfect model. It took me almost 5 hours of running around the town before I finally decided to settle for the best espresso machine that I think it had just what I wanted. It has beautiful stainless steel body with great steel exteriors. Furthermore, this machine was equipped with various technical features such as unique boiler system and system of dosing. And since this machine is pretty big, it would do a great job in filling up my brother’s empty kitchen.

Catering has been made popular more likely in the recent time. It isn’t something that is as old as the word itself, but basically, catering consists in bringing food to your very own home; food delivery in general. Yet, catering companies take care of events such as birthday parties, everything really gets simplified with these companies, all the food being brought to your home without even moving a finger. A catering business owner should have in mind that he should have the proper catering supplies; equipment I mean. Varying from Chest freezers, Electric Ice Crushers, trolleys and whatnot, everything it takes to please the clients. Buying them from specialized stores ( in real life) would cost you some valuable money, whereas buying them online would save you a great amount of money and headaches. Most of catering companies rely on that, and it is quite understandable since the prices are lower and the delivery is fast.

Wine Gift from South America

Not many American wine drinkers are aware at the vast number of quality wine gift choices being produced in South America. Chile is probably the best known producer in the region, largely because the imported wine into the United States has focused on value (think 15 dollars and under, or even ten dollars and under ranges) and drinkability. The country and especially Mendoza is capable of much more of course, but a recurring problem for Americans is that the locals tend to drink their best productions. Argentina is the world wide home to Malbec these days and the locals most certainly drink the best Malbec being produced in the country. It’s a shame too because the grape is almost extinct in it’s ancetral home of Bordeaux and no other wine producing region has been able to match it’s success. Why is that? Many people think the high altitude has something to do with it.

St. Clement Vineyards

With initial winemaking on site as far back as 1871, it’s no wonder that there have been a number of people and corporations interested in St. Clement Vineyards. Even the buyer of a cheap wine club can tell you that quality is not necessarily only based on price. The Vineyard has undergone rapid changes in ownership over the past twenty years, with beer giant Sapporo of Japan eventually taking ownership and then selling only eight years later to Australian based Fosters. With long standing fruit sources in the Napa Valley, vintages have been consistentyly good for the price and Fosters seems to have recommitted to bringing quality levels up. They are even experimenting with single vineyard wines, which given the wide distribution of the brand are an exciting development. Lastly, it’s important to note that while production is huge at St. Clement, it doesn’t come close to the level of some of its neightbors, making it in many ways a nicer winery to stop during your next Napa trip.
